ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made unless there is an error on our end.
In the event that a return has to be made please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. The hair must be in its original state with tags and zip ties still in tact. Items that have been used, brushed, or altered will not be accepted due to public safety and sanitation reasons.Returns can only be made if there is something wrong with the hair quality on our end. No other returns will be accepted.
Once your return is received, we will notify you if it has been accepted or not. If the return is accepted accepted your payment will be refunded to the original payment method used. Shipping fees from the initial order will not be refunded.
