Processing Times: Please allow up to 14 business days ( Monday-Friday) for your order to process and ship. Holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe. Processing time are subject to fluctuation due to high volume of orders during peak seasons. Processing times and shipping times are separate. EX: If you place an order and select two day shipping, your order will still have to be processed and packaged and will not ship in exactly two days. 

In some instances, our system may detect orders as fraudulent. We will contact you immediately for further information to verify your identity and the purchase in order to proceed with the processing the order.

Shipping:  All packages will be shipped through USPS. When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email update along with the tracking number to track your package. Please note while orders are processing you will not receive any updates.

Once the carrier receives the package, SMNHairco will not be held responsible for any late, damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier if any of the following occur.

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Order changes cannot be made once your order has begun processing.
